Job Description
Lead a team of fiber installation technicians across the New England region. You'll ensure quality standards are met, manage scheduling, and handle escalated installations.
**Key responsibilities:**
- Supervise 8-12 installation technicians
- Quality control inspections on completed installs
- Schedule and coordinate daily work orders
- Train new technicians on best practices
- Handle complex or escalated installations
Requirements
- 3+ years fiber installation experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification required
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills
